THE LHVE STORY

What does love look like?

For us, it’s more than a feeling… it’s a hard-fought commitment to do the hard work to get to the heart work.

Our name tells a story. The “H” stands for Hard-Fought Love, the kind that doesn’t give up. We face the triggers, the tension, the tired moments…so we can step into the heart work: connection, healing, and lasting change. The “Co” stands for Community, because real healing happens when we walk alongside one another.

At The LHVE Co, we exist to equip and strengthen families, marriages, and communities through attachment and trauma-competent care. The gospel is at the center of our framework in everything we do. We offer parent coaching, marriage counseling, and trauma-informed training for businesses, healthcare workers, educators, and more.

MAKING AN IMPACT

We’re here to make an impact through four simple, powerful steps:

EDUCATE

We educate families and communities with trauma-informed, gospel-centered tools that bring clarity, confidence, and calm to everyday challenges.

EXPOSE

We expose the patterns beneath the behaviors, helping you see the triggers, pain points, and stories that shape how you and your child respond.

ENGAGE

We engage families and leaders in meaningful, actionable steps that move them toward connection, healing, and healthier relatioinships.

EMPOWER

We empower families by equipping them with tangible, everyday tools that build wisdom, strengthen skills, and create lasting chang in kids, parents, and marriages.

FOUNDERS

MEET OUR

When Josh and Emily began their foster care journey, they couldn’t have imagined how deeply it would shape their lives. Now, as parents of three, including two children they’ve adopted through the foster care system, they’ve experienced firsthand what it means to fight for a better way.

Out of that story came The LHVE Co, built on the belief that love is more than a feeling; it’s a hard-fought commitment. Through the struggle and hard work within their own family and marriage, they discovered healing, strength, and connectedness on the other side. Now they exist to share those same tools with families, leaders, and communities.

And when they’re not working, you might find them camping at the race track, cheering on their favorite IndyCar drivers, or simply spending time as a family. Everything they do is grounded in their faith and a desire to reflect the love and compassion of Jesus in all they do.
